Zubaira Arginova for seven years worked as an administrator in one of the hotels in Burabay district. The work quite suited her, but for health reasons she was forced to get out of there. She was engaged in confectionery baking at home for some time, but the occupation did not bring any big income or satisfaction.

On the advice of friends Zubaira addressed to the Burabay Centre for support of entrepreneurs. The consultants gave a detailed account of the lending conditions within the "Employment Roadmap 2020". Moreover, Arginova was sent for training under the project "Business Advisor-1".

To the surprise of others, aspiring entrepreneur decided to master the production of concrete products. New, seemingly absolutely non-female business did not scare her. The completed courses helped her, moreover, after reading a lot of specialized literature, digging on the internet, the woman realized that to begin production of paving tiles is much simpler than it appears, for example, then the production of food. The main thing – is to have space for the shop (it was available), the necessary equipment, to master simple technology, and then everything goes like clockwork.
"After studying the local market, she realized that production of concrete products can be winning. Paving stone blocks are in great demand in our region, which is needed for improvement of buildings and structures, as well as for gardens, urban tracks ", - says the businesswoman.

The project was approved at the Employment Center and Consultants of RCE ensured its continued promotion and support. After a couple of months Zubair as an individual entrepreneur, received a loan within "RMB-2020". Borrowings - two and a half million tenge she used to buy a machine for the production of paving blocks and matrix, as well as part – to buy a van "Iveco" - to transport raw materials and finished products.

By the way, she buys the raw materials here in Shchuchinsk. At present, there are first small orders. And with the advent of spring and she will get more new orders, believes the new businesswoman.
