Department of Legal Protection of Entrepreneurs
The Department of Legal Protection of Entrepreneurs was created in order to address the major share of individual complaints in the structure of NCE. The experts of the Department process all appeals without exception. No complaint remains unanswered. The experts also provide feedback in each case. Experts of NCE get in touch with each applicant, providing consultations and all the necessary assistance.
Since the Department is the secretariat of the Council on the protection of the rights of entrepreneurs, it provides full organizational and legal support during the meetings of the Council and prepares legal opinions on all considered issues.
One of the core methods of work of the Council and the Department is an interaction with the prosecutor's office. Full legal layout about a businessman is provided by NCE, the findings, and the expected consequences, along with the reference to the relevant provisions of the legislation ensure a detailed examination of a problem by the prosecution authorities.
As a result, prosecutorial response towards the majority of appeals presented by NCE, including a protest of judicial acts, resolution on unlawful actions (inactions) of state bodies and officials.
There have been developed a mechanism for support of submission of supervisory protests by the National Chamber to the Prosecutor General's Office . The effectiveness of this mechanism is provided by the authoritative opinion of the experts of the Department.
Also, the experts of the Department carried out legal assistance to entrepreneurs in preparation of claims (reviews).
The Department is a key unit in the structure of NCE in terms of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of businesses.
