Under your leadership large-scale reforms were carried out that provided significant impetus to economic growth and development of the country. Kazakhstan took a course to build a market economy during the first years of the post-Soviet history, as it turned out - the only true way of development.
We are always enthusiastic about your initiatives to create government programs to support entrepreneurship. All of them are aimed at improving the business climate, attracting investments and involving our compatriots in the business. During the years of independence, hundreds of new productions and promising business projects have been opened in the country. Thousands of people started their businesses that ensure a steady income for their families.
You initiated the creation of the Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan so that the domestic business could consolidate under the conditions of support, develop and compete adequately in global markets.
Your wise vision and policy helped to create the unprecedented conditions that entailed Kazakhstan to enter the top thirty countries in the Doing Business ranking and create new generations of entrepreneurs empowered to develop growing business and generate employment.
As of today there are over 1.2 million entrepreneurs in Kazakhstan. This is one of the most important results of the reforms successfully carried out by you!
Having started your career as a metallurgist, you showed the value of labor, inspiring us to implement challenging ideas. You gave millions of Kazakhstanis faith in the bright future of our Motherland, in strength and knowledge, creating all conditions for everyone.
We, businessmen of Kazakhstan, are convinced that the country will develop according to the course set by you. You have laid a solid foundation to ensure stable development of business, as the driving force of the state economy!
