The Chamber of entrepreneurs, the Office of Agriculture and the regional branch of JSC "Fund for Financial Support of Agriculture" concluded the Memorandum of Cooperation
The main purpose of the document – is a joint work on creation and development of agricultural cooperatives in the region, solving the most pressing problems of the agriculture, as a whole, the development of systemic measures to improve the competitiveness of domestic business. Through these activities the parties are planning to organize an effective platform for dialogue between the government, businesses, individuals and personal homestead farms.
As it is known, a state program of development of agrarian and industrial complex in 2017-2021 years was developed, the main purpose of which is to ensure the production of marketable products at competitive agribusiness markets. One of its priorities – is the establishment and operation of agricultural cooperatives.
"The program provides for the involvement of more than 500 thousand private farms, peasant farms of the country in sales of products through cooperatives. The share of agro-processing and loading of processing enterprises will be increased by 1.3 times. The volume of private investments in the sector will increase more than threefold and reach 427 billion tenge", - noted the director of RCE Erkebulan Bayakhmetov.
The new credit products were developed and approved. The development of agricultural cooperatives - "Yntymak", breeding of farm animals - "Igіlіk", the creation of milk collection points - "Birlik", creation of family feedlots - "Bereke".
There were identified pilot areas in each region, at which will be created cooperatives, conforming to the measures. Subsequently the experience of cooperatives will be used for replication in other regions.
Currently there are 208 agricultural cooperatives in the region. 82 were registered this year, of which more than half are accompanied by experts of the Chamber. Today, six agricultural cooperatives were created with the support of the Chamber, including the universal production cooperative "APK" Burabay ".
Its purpose – is consolidation of output for sale, funding of members of production cooperatives under the joint and several liability. There was created the cooperative of milk producers of Zerenda district – Agricultural cooperative "Zerenda syt". In addition, there were registered three agricultural cooperatives for receiving milk involving personal backyard farms in Atbasar and Zerenda districts, as well as one agricultural cooperative in Korgalzhyn district, specializing in crop and livestock production.
