Hoteliers and restaurateurs of the region have united
With the support of the regional chamber for the first time was established the Regional Association of hoteliers and restaurateurs
Its purpose – is to increase the prestige, power industry propaganda, recruitment and implementation of organizational, cultural, educational initiatives to enhance the overall service level at restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels, etc., as well as the consolidation of the Association for effective development this industry.
This decision was made during the last round table at the site of the Chamber with participation of all stakeholders. At present, ten institutions of hospitality and catering expressed their desire to enter the Association. In their view, the general idea of creating a non-profit organization in the subsequent time will unite the representatives of the industry.
During a round table meeting participants discussed the Association's work plan, perspectives, priorities and association, as well as legal aspects. The chairman of the Association was selected. According to the results of voting, the owner of the complex "Zharkyn" Borken Kakpenov became a well-known businessman in the city. According to the businessman, there are two major restaurateurs, but common to all problems - pricing policy and lack of staff. And, together, says the businessman, they can consolidate and, therefore, deal more effectively with them.
"The decision to establish the Association was conceived a long time. At present, there are a lot problems in the whole sector of the real economy, which involve a huge number of people. On its part, the Chamber will give full support to the union in the implementation of its initiatives. In addition, in the future it is planned to attract members of the association to participate in the dual training, in particular, when assessing the level of professional training of students, the organization of various competitions, activities under the promotion of the sector, exchange of experience, including overseas, and more", - stressed the Deputy Director of RCE Aizhan Tazhmieva.
