Participation in the project "Business connections" helped the businesswoman from Kokshetau not only to get a new outlook at the principles of business processes, but also to review the company's management system

The Ministry of national economy together with NCE RK "Atameken" implements the tool "Business Communication". It is aimed at supporting SMEs, operating in priority sectors of the economy. The project consists of two phases. The first one is implemented on the territory of Kazakhstan, the second one includes thematic business training abroad.

CEO of the Trade Center  “GrandSport” and “Babysport” Ryskul Arystambaeva came to the Regional Chamber upon return from Germany with a specific purpose. First of all, to get advice on measures of state support, and secondly, to thank NCE for the opportunity to undergo internship abroad.

Nearly a month's stay in Dresden was preceded by extensive preparatory work. To participate in the contest "Business Communication" Ryskul Arystambaeva presented her project of opening of a sports and recreation center on the Lake Kopa. The experts of the Chamber helped her to compile a business plan, which she presented and traveled to Germany among other 21 contestants.

A little bit about the project. Being the head of a network of sports shops in the city of Kokshetau, the entrepreneur decided to create a new direction - a sports complex. The project has found support in the face of the local administration. On the territory of the town beach began work on the creation of appropriate infrastructure.

"We cleared the wetlands, removed reeds, extended the beach area. I bought catamarans, boats, installed piers, deck chairs, open-air cafe", - says the interlocutor.

The facility hosts three hundred people a day. Now, according to Ryskul Arystambaeva, she is developing a project of a separate building, so that they can work all year round. The project cost is estimated at 60 million tenge, the businesswoman is hoping to get financing within the program "Business Road Map-2020".

The trip to Germany was fruitful in all respects. The businesswoman has developed useful and necessary contacts with German partners, and now she is at the stage of studying their commercial offers.

In addition to the art of networking in the course of group and private training courses, students learnt the basics of strategic management, business administration, legal culture and so on.

"In the process of learning, she has developed a clear understanding of how to interest potential partners, how to submit information about yourself, to negotiate an agreement on deliveries, to discuss opportunities for investment. In short, all the stages of business education have been built on a high professional level. And, of course, stay in Germany has given invaluable advantages not only in terms of business cooperation. The rich cultural heritage (Dresden Opera House, Dresden Art Gallery, other museums), respect for the centuries-old traditions, a rational approach to the available resources - all this has left an indelible mark", - says Ryskul Arystambaeva.

Now the businesswoman is going to analyze the gained knowledge, systematically introduce and implement it in practice.
