New mini-bakery "Maria" began its work in September, but quickly became very popular among local customers.
"We immediately set a goal: our products should be the most useful, tasty and fresh. And every day we prove it in practice, - says the businessman. - Our bakery shop works around the clock, so that customers could always smell the aroma of freshly baked bread, and each family could choose a loaf of bread to the taste".
A rented shop serves as a start-up platform for the aspiring businesswoman, in one half of which the bread is baked and it is sold in the other. The bakery equipment consists of one furnace and a mixer. Three people are involved in production.
At the initial stage of business the entrepreneur have had problems with the paperwork in the field of labor relations. Without hesitation Olga Kabachkova contacted Shortandy Business Support Center. Consultants quickly and effectively gave her the legal support, helped her to compile a draft of a labor contract and the act of the employer. Today, the bakery produces more than ten kinds of bakery products. The homemade pies with cabbage and potato stuffing, bread "Otrubnoi", which is baked by bakery’s own recipe, are especially popular among buyers.
